Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Essential Oils, Goat Milk Powder, Oatmeal, Chamomile Flowers.

Benefit of each ingredient used:

Epsom Salts: Help remove toxins in the skin and leaves you with a smooth feel. This salt exfoliates gently to remove dead skin cells and can also help sooth some skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. The magnesium present in epsom salt also can help with pain and inflammation in the body.

Dead Sea Salt: Cleanses and soften skin. It is therapeutic and composed of 21 beneficial minerals; like, helps strengthen skin tissue, has healing properties, calms nerves, relaxes body muscles, gets rid of body toxins and has anti-aging properties, helps it treat common skin disorders.

Chamomile: Soothes dry skin while relaxing the body and mind. Loose-leaf chamomile flowers are included to help release a beautiful relaxing scent. Chamomile helps with depression, anxiety, and sleep.

Goat Milk Powder: Gentle cleanser. Most commercially made soaps contain harsh surfactants that can strip your skin of natural moisture and oils, leaving it feeling dry and tight. It is rich in nutrients and naturally exfoliate.

Simply place as much or as little of the salt in your warm bath and relax.

It can also be used as a scrub, if you would like to do this place a little in your hand or small bowl and add water or a carrier oil such as coconut oil to soften the salt a little and gently rub onto skin.

Our bath salts are all natural with no preservatives, shelf life may not last long as store bought products. For longer shelf life, store in a cool/dry place out of direct sunlight.

All essential oils used in my products are therapeutic grade.
